Newsletter #7

Several more months of intensive research activity, international collaboration, and knowledge dissemination are behind us. In the seventh issue of the Behaviour in Crisis Lab newsletter, we look back on the most important events of the first half of 2026 – from conferences and lectures, through publications and media engagement, to research initiatives and events bringing together the international community of scholars studying human behaviour in times of polycrisis.

In this issue, we highlight the team's most significant activities of recent months, including participation in international conferences and scientific events, expert talks and lectures, new books and scientific publications, as well as the growing presence of Behaviour in Crisis Lab research in public debate and the media. Readers will also find a report from the conference “Solidarity as a Social Response to an Era of Crisis”, an overview of our research seminars, and updates on initiatives developed in collaboration with academic and social partners.

The issue also features information about the book „Czy ten świat się kończy? Rozmowy o niepewności, polaryzacji i solidarności” (Is This World Coming to an End? Conversations on Uncertainty, Polarisation and Solidarity), the signing of the Charter of the Rights of Children of Incarcerated Parents, and the latest publication and project achievements of Behaviour in Crisis Lab researchers.
