Weronika Kałwak

Weronika Kałwak Weronika Kałwak is an assistant professor at the Institute of Psychology, Jagiellonian University. She completed her master's studies in psychology and philosophy, as well as interdisciplinary doctoral studies in "Society-Environment-Technology." She works in the Department of Psychological Prevention and Psychotherapy, where she also takes care of the Qualitative Research Lab. Since 2019, she has been addressing the issue of the impact of the climate crisis on mental health and human well-being, studying the experience of climate change and climate emotions, as well as climate activism. She is a member of the Jagiellonian Climate Council and the expert reference group for the psychology and climate change at the European Federation of Psychologists' Associations.
