Dorota Czyżowska

Dr hab. Dorota Czyżowska, prof. UJ, associate professor, a graduate of the Institute of Psychology of the Jagiellonian University. She obtained her doctorate (1992) and habilitation (2013) at the Jagiellonian University. Since 2019, he has been an assistant professor at the Institute of Psychology of the Jagiellonian University, where he is the deputy head of teaching. He is the vice-president of the Polish Society of Human Development Psychology and a member of the Editorial Committee of the journal "Psychologia Rozwojowa". The subject of her scientific interests is development throughout life, with particular emphasis on adolescence and adulthood. He conducts research on the development of moral thinking and its determinants. He is interested in issues related to moral education and the possibilities of supporting social and moral development. He conducts research aimed at determining the factors determining entering into intimate relationships in early adulthood, as well as determinants of the quality of an intimate relationship and dyadic coping with stress. She is the author and co-author of several dozen scientific articles devoted to the subject of development (including moral development), moral education, as well as the issue of intimate relationships.
