Member of examination committees in psychosexology as well as child and adolescent psychotherapy. Examiner and supervisor in certification committees of the Polish Psychiatric Association.

Member of the Mental Health Council to the Minister of Health. Member of expert teams responsible for developing the principles and requirements of education preparing for the profession of psychologist, as well as teaching standards in this field (Ministry of Health, Ministry of Science and Higher Education). Member of the Organizing Committee for the Chamber of Psychologists.

Chair of the Expert Committee for the Recognition of Qualifications in Clinical Psychology at the Centre of Postgraduate Medical Education in Warsaw.

Specialist in clinical psychology, certified psychotherapist, and psychotherapy supervisor. Supervisor of psychodrama (Polish Institute of Psychodrama, PAfE e.V.) as well as psychotraumatology and clinical psychology. Specialist in child and adolescent psychotherapy, psychodrama therapist, and trainer at the European Institute of Psychodrama.

Academic supervisor of the specialization training in child and adolescent psychotherapy in the Silesian Voivodeship. Head of the Training Center in Psychotherapy and Environmental Therapy at the John Paul II Children and Family Health Center in Sosnowiec.

Her research interests and scientific work focus on clinical psychology, psychotherapy of mental disorders, and trauma work with adults and adolescents. She has many years of clinical experience working with adolescents and adults with mental health disorders.
